Key Features:
High speed and efficiency:
450PET III high-speed machine, injection speed of 200mm/s, mold opening and storage synchronized, with out-of-mold cooling technology, higher plasticization efficiency and greatly shorter cycle.
Energy saving and consumption reduction:
nano infrared electric heating circle realizes precise temperature control, servo drive control, and the overall energy consumption is saved by 20-30%.
Stable and consistent:
The precise heating valve gate hot runner system and independent high-efficiency cooling channel ensure the stable production of products, and the products present high transparency and low AA value.
The 72-cavity preform producing line continues to innovate in cycle time, energy efficiency, and product consistency to help customers achieve lean manufacturing. Finished preformed parts are widely used in water, beverages, edible oils, and everyday chemical packaging.

Key Features:
High speed and efficiency:
The 650T Victor fast speed machine is specially designed for paint bucket molding, with servo drive control, and the injection speed reaches 200mm/s, ensuring the efficiency of plastic filling and good plasticization effect.
Energy saving and consumption reduction:
The infrared heating ring accurately controls the temperature, greatly reducing the heat emission of the workshop and effectively improving the production cycle.
High precision and stability:
the response time of the double proportional valve is < 0.1 seconds, the repeatability of the switching die is ≤ 0.2mm, and the product is stable and consistent.
20L paint bucket IML producing line, MFI=4 material, cycle time of only 15.5 seconds, finished container passes the 2-meter drop test, breaking the efficiency limit. The finished container adopts in-mold label (IML) technology, high-end appearance, and the label never peels off – widely used in the paint and chemical packaging industry.

The injection molding machine that operates entirely on electricity utilizes servo motors for direct drive, achieving a conversion efficiency of over 95%. Additionally, its rapid response time enhances production efficiency considerably.
